Youth Work Associate @ Sengkang

Salary: $2,600 - $3,700 + $250 Shift Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonuses

Working Days and Hours:

4 days’ weekday and 1 weekend depending on rotational shift

8am - 4pm OR 2.30pm - 10.30pm

Responsibilities

- Supervise and support youths in a community rehabilitation institution.

- Ensure residents' welfare, discipline, safety, and daily care.

- Conduct security checks, patrols, and urine tests when required.

- Plan and facilitate educational, recreational, and engagement activities.

- Build positive relationships using trauma-informed practices.

- Support admissions, emergency situations, and taskforce initiatives.

Requirements

- Diploma with at least 2 years of working experience (preferred).

- Able to work rotating shifts.

- Independent, responsible, and resilient.

- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Strong team player with integrity and a service-oriented mindset.
