Name Screening Analyst | Up to $5k | Wealth Management

🔎 What You'll Be Doing

Name Screening & Risk Assessment
• Perform name screening and materiality assessments in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Conduct risk scoring and identify relevant risk factors
• Review adverse news hits and determine whether heightened risk factors have been appropriately identified
• Ensure screening activities comply with local regulations, guidelines and global policies

📋 Client Onboarding
• Support the end-to-end client onboarding process for Wealth Management clients
• Work closely with Risk, Legal, Systems, Compliance and Front Office teams
• Prioritise onboarding activities and coordinate across different functions
• Escalate issues and provide feedback to relevant support functions and management
• Support timely processing of static data update requests

📊 Documentation & Reporting
• Ensure client files are accurately maintained in electronic and physical formats
• Prepare regular management reports covering documentation irregularities and screening statistics
• Handle confidential client information appropriately

🛡️ Risk & Controls
• Follow operational risk procedures and escalate incidents where required
• Contribute to daily operational controls and procedure updates
• Support the implementation of permanent control activities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
• Identify and escalate operational risks and issues appropriately

🤝 Stakeholder Management
• Liaise with Compliance, Legal, Front Office, Client Onboarding and other support teams
• Coordinate with teams across Singapore and Hong Kong where required
• Work collaboratively to resolve complex onboarding and screening cases

📚 Knowledge Sharing
• Share knowledge and best practices with team members
• Support training and onboarding of new team members
• Adapt to changes and contribute to a transversal operating model
