-NEW- 6 Months Affluent Portfolio Senior Manager (Financial Services)

Job Responsibilities:

· Support affluent portfolio reviews, proposition development and growth initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement and portfolio performance.

· Drive go-to-market(GTM) planning and execution across product and value-added services (VAS)opportunities.

· Conduct portfolio benchmarking, competitive analysis and market research to identify market trends, competitive positioning and growth opportunities.

· Support the development of client business cases, presentations and executive-level narratives for strategic initiatives and commercial opportunities.

· Support commercialization initiatives across products, client benefits and VAS solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

· Assist in advancing key client opportunities and sales pipelines, including opportunity tracking and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.

· Support product launches, portfolio refreshes and migration initiatives, coordinating activities across relevant teams to ensure smooth implementation.

· Manage day-to-day engagement with affluent benefits partners, supporting partnership performance and relationship management.

· Coordinate onboarding, renewal and optimisation of benefits programmes, ensuring timely execution and alignment with client requirements.

· Monitor programme utilisation, performance metrics and client feedback, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

· Identify and coordinate resolution of operational issues with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.

· Manage project plans, action trackers, milestones and implementation timelines across multiple initiatives.

· Prepare management reports, project updates and performance dashboards to support decision-making and governance.

· Maintain appropriate governance, documentation and operational processes across portfolio and programme activities.

· Provide project and operational support across priority client initiatives and strategic workstreams, as required.

· Adhoc tasks & projects as assigned

Job Requirements

· Minimum Degree in a related discipline

· Minimum 8 years of relevant experience

· Able to start immediately or within short notice
