Design Manager (Facade/ Up to $9k)

Role: Design Manager

Work Location: Kaki Bukit

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6:30pm, Alt Saturday 9am to 12pm

Remuneration: up to $9,000 (depending on experience)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design team, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality design solutions.
• Oversee the daily operations of the design office and allocate resources to meet project deadlines.
• Manage major curtain wall and façade projects from inception through to completion.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, design consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Review and manage design changes, ensuring alignment with project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
• Prepare and deliver design presentations and technical solutions to clients.

Requirements

• Extensive technical experience in façade and curtain wall systems.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale façade/curtain wall projects across Asia.
• Strong façade design background.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
