Sales Representative, Analytical Laboratory (No experience needed)

This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise, consultative sales, and business development while working with laboratories across diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, research, and manufacturing.

Job Duties

• Drive business growth for analytical laboratory solutions across Singapore, focusing on techniques such as titration, Karl Fischer, density measurement, refractometry, and UV-Vis spectroscopy.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying customer needs and conducting pre-sales consultations to implementation and post-sales support.
• Provide timely technical and commercial support, responding to customer enquiries and preparing quotations.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers and prospective clients, highlighting solution capabilities and applications.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing consultative advice and identifying opportunities to add value.
• Continuously develop product knowledge, technical expertise, and consultative selling skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and key performance indicators, including revenue generation and customer engagement activities.
• Prepare commercial quotations and maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and contribute to initiatives that support business growth and market expansion.

Our Requirements

• Min. Degree in Chemistry or equivalent
• No experience required; training will be provided
• Strong penchant for challenges and collaboration
• Enjoys meeting people and working in team-based environment
• Possess high interest in sales and business development functions
• Self-motivated and independent
