About this job
Key Responsibilities
· Clinic Operations Training: Gain hands-onexperience in patient registration, triaging, dispensing medications, paymentcollection, claim submissions, chaperoning, assisting in clinical procedures,handling enquiries, and administrative support.
· Clinic Management: Progressively take onresponsibilities such as supervising daily workflows, managing inventory, andaddressing on-site operational escalations.
· Assessments: Participate in structuredevaluations to measure operational readiness and core competencies.
· HQ Rotations: Rotate through departmentssuch as Facilities, Logistics, Admin, Finance, and HR, supporting bothday-to-day operations and process improvements.
· Support Initiatives: Contribute toclinic- and HQ-level projects, including audit preparation, staff rostering,training coordination, and compliance checks.
· IT Support (if trained): Assist inIT-related operations, including troubleshooting, access management, and systemimplementations.
· Collaboration: Work closely with clinicand HQ teams to streamline processes and align with organizational objectives.
· Development Pathway: Attend leadershipand professional skills workshops as part of the training curriculum.
· Progress Reporting: Prepare progressreports, reflective submissions, and milestone presentations.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration,Nursing, Life Sciences, Business Management, or related fields.
· Fresh graduates are welcome; prior exposure tohealthcare or operations will be an advantage.
· Strong interest in healthcare operations andmanagement.
· Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
· Strong analytical, organizational, andproblem-solving abilities.
· Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and workeffectively in dynamic environments.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with healthcare IT systems is a plus.
· Resilient, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
· Team player with leadership potential.
· Willingness to rotate across clinics and HQdepartments.
· Commitment to professional development andcontinuous learning.
