Our client is seeking: Sales Associate for Luxury Beauty Brand at duty free stores in Changi Airport

Key Responsibilities

· Proactively meet sales targets

· Share product knowledge to customers

· Demonstrate proper usage of products to customers

· Ensure smooth flow of customer service, maintaining daily housekeeping and merchandising

· Work as a team with store colleagues

· Adapt to fast changes in store environment

Incentives vary based on sales performance and monthly sales target.

Requirements

· Willing to work retail shifts on weekends and public holidays (19-22 9-hour shifts a month)

· Minimum ‘O’ level/diploma or equivalent level of education

· Additional education in relevant field or demonstration of extensive knowledge in beauty and skincare products is helpful

· At least 2 years of relevant work experience in retail, sales or FMCG industry

· Sales driven and proactive

· Team player with a positive mindset and pleasant disposition

· Enjoy operating in a fast-paced retail environment

· Strong communication skills
