Job Description:

· Prepare tender submission and quotations

· Taking off quantity for tender

· Prepare shop drawings, sample submissions

· Prepare monthly claims

· Final accounts preparations

· Review contract documents

· Source for projects on relevant tender platforms

· Source for required materials for tender

· Assist other quantity surveyors/drafters

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Meticulous and details oriented

· Good communication skills

· 5.5 work days
