Job Summary

You will oversee the full lifecycle delivery of drywall partition systems and suspended ceilings, ensuring quality, safety, and coordination with sub-contractors, main contractors, architects and suppliers to drive successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle delivery of drywall partition systems and suspended ceilings to meet project specifications and deadlines
• Plan work sequences, arrange labor, and schedule material deliveries to optimize project workflow
• Coordinate with main contractors, architects, and subcontractors from other trades to ensure seamless project operations
• Collaborate with company's quantity surveyors to prepare monthly payment claims and verify variation orders (VOs) accurately
• Enforce quality standards and safety controls consistently at project sites to maintain compliance and minimize risks
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to resolve issues and support smooth project execution

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry
• Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) certifications

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Good communication skills to facilitate coordination and stakeholder engagement
