About this job
We are looking for a Programme Manager to drive and coordinate people, talent and workforce development initiatives. You will work closely with HR, hiring managers, business leaders and cross-functional teams to improve hiring, onboarding, employee development and workforce processes.

- Salary Package: Up to $9000 (basic) + AWS
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate workforce and people-related programmes, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively and on schedule.
- Support the standardisation and improvement of recruitment, interview and candidate assessment processes.
- Develop and coordinate interviewer training, assessment guidelines and supporting processes.
- Plan and implement structured onboarding and ramp-up programmes for new hires and internal transfers.
- Support the development of competency frameworks, role expectations, skills frameworks and career pathways.
- Coordinate capability assessments, workforce planning and internal mobility initiatives.
- Work closely with HR, hiring managers and business stakeholders to identify workforce needs and implement appropriate programmes.
- Track programme timelines, participation, risks, issues and outcomes.
- Prepare programme documentation, presentations, communications and stakeholder updates.
- Review existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and employee experience.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in programme/project management, talent management, workforce development, organisational development, HR or related areas.
- Experience managing initiatives involving recruitment, onboarding, competency frameworks, career development, learning & development or internal mobility.
- Strong project management, coordination and process improvement skills.
- Good stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across HR, business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Psychology, Technology or a related discipline is advantageous.
- Relevant certifications in HR, talent management, organisational development or project management would be an advantage.
- Experience supporting technology, digital or engineering teams would be beneficial.
