Basic Requirements 基本要求

我们希望您：

• 有责任心，具备良好的沟通能力；

• 具备师范、中文、教育或相关专业的大专、本科或以上学历；

• 有相关教学经验者优先考虑。

Requirements:

• Kind-hearted, patient and enjoy working with children and teenagers;

• Passionate about teaching and Chinese language education;

• Strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills;

• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree or equivalent qualification in Chinese Language, Education or a related field;

• Relevant teaching experience will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits 薪资与福利

Senior Chinese Teacher 高级中文教师

SGD 2,500 – SGD 3,500+ per month

• Preferably at least 2 years of relevant local teaching experience;

• Basic salary plus allowances and performance bonus;

• Opportunities to participate in teacher mentoring and curriculum development.

Chinese Teacher 中文教师

From SGD 2,300+ per month

• Preferably at least 1 year of teaching experience;

• Basic salary plus allowances and performance bonus.

Assistant Teacher 助理教师

SGD 1,800 – SGD 2,100+ per month

• Teaching experience is not compulsory;

• Suitable training will be provided;

• Basic salary plus applicable benefits and performance bonus.

Part-Time Chinese Teacher 兼职中文教师

SGD 35 – SGD 100 per hour

Salary will be determined according to qualifications, teaching experience and classes assigned.

Job Responsibilities 工作职责

• 按照课程大纲及教材进行授课；

• 课前认真备课并准备教学材料；

• 批改学生作业、练习及作文；

• 观察及评估学生的学习进度；

• 给予学生适当的学习指导和反馈；

• 检查及反馈教材内容与教学质量；

• 配合中心完成相关教学工作。

Job Scope:

• Conduct Chinese language classes based on lesson plans and curriculum guidelines;

• Prepare lessons and teaching materials before classes;

• Grade students' homework, exercises and written assignments;

• Monitor and assess students' learning progress;

• Provide appropriate feedback and guidance to students;

• Perform quality checks and provide feedback on course materials;

• Carry out other teaching-related duties when required.

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Teachers

高级教师额外职责

高级教师除了日常教学工作外，也需要：

• 指导及协助较资浅教师；

• 定期给予教学反馈及建议；

• 参与教师培训；

• 协助课程及教材开发；

• 参与教学质量提升工作。

Senior teachers will also be expected to:

• Mentor and support junior teachers;

• Provide regular teaching feedback and guidance;

• Participate in teacher training;

• Assist in curriculum and teaching material development;

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching quality.

Over the years, we have developed a systematic and comprehensive Chinese language curriculum designed to cultivate students' interest in learning Chinese while catering to individual learning needs.
