Roles & Responsibilities

• Must have relevant working experience in hair styling or a related field.
• Provide clients with professional advice on how to maintain their hairstyle and overall look.
• Explain effective ways to maintain hair health and educate clients on why proper hair care is important.
• Maintain sufficient supplies and materials required for hair styling services.
• Identify customers’ needs and provide suitable recommendations to help them look and feel their best.
• Be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and future appointments.
• Adhere to cleanliness, hygiene and salon safety standards to ensure the safety and well-being of all customers under their care.
• Stay updated on new hairstyles, hair care techniques and current trends to provide informed and resourceful recommendations to clients.
