Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve patient/service feedback promptly, ensuring proper follow-up and closure.
• Analyse feedback trends and translate insights into service improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate hospital-wide service excellence projects, programmes, surveys and focus group discussions.
• Support the development and maintenance of feedback dashboards and service performance indicators.
• Present feedback trends and insights to management committees and workgroups.
• Promote a strong patient-centric service culture across the organisation.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Business or related disciplines.
• Min 5+ years of experience, with strong feedback management / service quality experience preferred!
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects independently and work within tight timelines.
• Experience in data analytics/dashboarding is an advantage.
