Working Hours: Any 5 days per week, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Location: West
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the collection of payment from patients upon discharge.
- Conduct financial counselling for inpatient stays and charges.
- Perform discharge procedures for patients.
- Arrange follow-up appointments for inpatient patients.
- Assist with other duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Health Service Management or any related field.
- Prior customer service or healthcare experience would be an advantage.
