Temp Admin / HR / Customer Service #HYNA

We are hiring Temp Admin, HR, Receptionist and Customer Service staff to support day-to-day operations across various corporate environments.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and operational support.

• Handle calls, emails, visitors and customer enquiries.

• Manage documents, data entry, filing and records.

• Assist with HR, reception or customer service duties depending on assignment.

• Support scheduling, coordination and other ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O Levels or equivalent.

• Prior administrative, HR, reception or customer service experience is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable using Microsoft Office.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
