Assistant Manager - IT

💼 Salary: $3,900–$6,200/month
📅 Contract: 1 year | Immediate start
🕐 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 42 hours/week

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in End User Computing (EUC).
• Strong project management and operational coordination skills.
• Familiarity with public sector environment and processes.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Able to manage vendors and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Good team player with the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily EUC operations, including helpdesk, device provisioning, asset management, software deployment and user access.
• Monitor service performance, SLAs, KPIs and ticket queues.
• Coordinate vendors and contracted teams to ensure service standards are met.
• Follow up on service issues, corrective actions and escalations.
• Prepare performance reports and support operational improvements.
