🏫 Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

💰 Salary: $2,400–$2,500/month
📅 Contract: 1 year (Jan–Dec 2027), with option to extend
🕐 Working Hours: Mon–Thu, 8:00am–5:30pm | Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm
📍 Location: Primary School

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in a primary school.
• Valid First Aid with CPR & AED certification.
• Good communication, organisational and time-management skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• ☎️ Handle telephone and walk-in enquiries from students, parents, teachers and stakeholders.
• 🩹 Provide basic first-aid support and assist with First-Aid Room duties.
• 📦 Maintain and replenish first-aid supplies.
• 📝 Prepare simple reports and records, including meal voucher and injury reports.
• 🔎 Manage lost & found items and assist with packing school materials and souvenirs.
• 🤝 Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Working Days: Monday to Friday
🚫 No service required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Contract Period: Jan 2027 – Dec 2027
