About this job
- Monitor incident queues and assign tickets to theappropriate engineers
- Log incidents with the service desk for IT issuesencountered during administrative tasks
- Assist in raising Service Request (SRs) when required
- Track, assign, and follow up on SR progress to ensuretimely completion
- Coordinate with users and backend teams to provideadditional information for SR fulfilment
- Partner with HR on onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate with the asset team to ensure devices for newhires are ready
- Raise SRs related to user account setup and deactivation
- Liaise with system, network, and desktop teams to ensureall accounts are correctly provisioned
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory
- Track and manage assets through the Asset ManagementSystem
- Coordinate with asset owners for verification
- Work with the agency to manage asset status, including:
- Assigning assets to users and engineers
- Tracking supplier deliveries and vendor returns
- Monitoring IT appliances purchased by the agency
