Car Service Advisor/west/6 days/2600 to 3000

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Intake: Greet car owners warmly, listen to vehicle issues, and document symptoms accurately.

Diagnostics & Liaison: Consult with mechanics to identify problems and translate technical terms into simple language for customers.Cost & Time Estimates:

Prepare written price quotes for parts and labor, and set realistic pickup times.

Workflow Management: Schedule service appointments.

Delivery & Billing: Explain completed work and invoice charges to the customer, process payments, and handle feedback or complaints.

Requirements & SkillsExperience: Previous customer service or administrative experience, ideally within the automotive industry.

Knowledge: Basic understanding of car mechanics, routine maintenance, and vehicle parts.

Communication: Strong

interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

Tech Literacy: Familiarity with workshop scheduling software and basic office tools.
