Salary: $14 - $17/hr + CPF

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and results-driven Telemarketer to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective and existing customers by phone, introducing our products or services, identifying customer needs, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving its targets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls

• Introduce and explain the company's products or services clearly and professionally.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

• Follow up with potential customers through calls and other approved communication channels.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

• Build positive relationships with customers and provide a professional customer experience.

• Follow company sales scripts, procedures, and compliance requirements.

• Provide regular feedback to the sales manager regarding customer responses and market trends.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, or sales is preferred but not essential.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Basic computer and CRM skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
