AP & AR Executive

4PLUS8 Group is a Singapore-based premium interior fit-out, joinery, and design group with a team of 40. We operate across three entities — bespoke joinery and interior build, lighting and home automation,and home care and maintenance — serving discerning residential and commercial clients.

THE ROLE

We're looking for an AP & AR Executive to manage the full accounts payable and receivable cycle across our three entities. You'll be the backbone of our finance operations, ensuring accurate, timely cash flow and vendor management as we scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Process supplier invoices, verify against POs/DOs, and manage timely vendor payments across all three entities

– Issue customer invoices, track receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments and collections

– Perform bank and account reconciliations

– Maintain accurate AP/AR ledgers and support month-end and year-end closing

– Liaise with project, procurement, and sales teams to resolve billing or payment discrepancies

– Prepare aging reports and cashflow summaries for management

– Ensure proper documentation and filing for audit and IRAS compliance

– Support GST reporting and other statutory submissions as needed

REQUIREMENTS

– Diploma or degree in Accounting,Finance, or related field

– 2–4 years of AP/AR or generalaccounting experience, ideally handling multiple entities

– Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, or similar) and Excel

– Meticulous, organized, and comfortable working with numbers under deadlines

– Good communication skills for liaising with vendors, clients, and internal teams

– Singaporean/PR preferred
