6 Months Contract Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter - Financial Services #BLM

Jobs Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers as a Talent Acquisition advisor; provide market insights on candidate trends, talent availability and hiring conditions.
• Develop recruitment strategies for assigned roles and advise hiring managers on interview processes, selection approaches and recruitment best practices.
• Manage end to end recruitment including direct sourcing, candidate screening, interviews, shortlisting and offer management.
• Build strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, recruitment platforms and other appropriate sourcing channels.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders on workforce requirements, market compensation, candidate sentiments and complex offers.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors while maintaining recruitment activities and candidate records through HRIS or ATS platforms.
