1 Year Contract KYC Client Services & Regulatory Specialist (Investor Services) - Foreign Bank #BLM

Jobs Responsibilities

• Manage end to end AML/KYC activities for investors including onboarding, periodic reviews, remediation and recertification across multiple regulatory jurisdictions.
• Serve as a direct point of contact for clients and investors; advise on KYC requirements, follow up on documentation and resolve onboarding or review related queries.
• Review KYC documentation and perform sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening; assess risk considerations and escalate higher risk cases where required.
• Manage FATCA, CRS, Beneficial Ownership and tax documentation requirements including self certifications and relevant regulatory reporting support.
• Partner with Client Account Managers, Relationship Managers, regional KYC teams and operations teams to ensure timely completion of cases within established SLAs.
• Support regulatory projects, audits, system enhancements and process improvements; provide guidance to junior team members on AML/KYC requirements and jurisdiction specific standards.

Job Requirements

• Relevant AML/KYC experience with direct client or investor interaction.
• Detailed KYC regulatory knowledge of at least one jurisdiction
• Good knowledge of FATCA, CRS, sanctions, PEP, adverse media and Beneficial Ownership requirements.
