Jobs Responsibilities

• Prepare credit and security documentation, ensuring approved credit terms and conditions are accurately reflected in the relevant documents.
• Review executed security documents and fulfilment of conditions to ensure completeness prior to facility limit setup.
• Liaise with solicitors, valuers, insurers and internal stakeholders on mortgage documentation, completion and redemption matters.
• Perform system setup and maintenance of facility limits, interest rates, risk ratings, risk groupings and custodised documents.
• Maintain proper custody, scanning and safekeeping of security documents and departmental credit files in accordance with established controls.
• Follow up with Relationship Managers on outstanding documentation and ensure timely completion of credit administration requirements.
