About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Site Engineer to join our client’s growing site operations team. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role on-site, driving productivity,enforcing safety standards, managing technical material requirements, and coordinating daily execution to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Site Execution & Leadership: Drive daily site works to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met; support the creation of construction plans, sequencing, and methodologies.
- Safety & Risk Management: Collaborate with HSE Officers and Site Managers to understand project safety requirements and draft robust Risk Assessments (RA) focused on constructability and safety.
- Technical Planning & Material Management: Prepare equipment loading charts, maintain Detailed Material Take-Offs (MTO) based on site measurements and IFC drawings, and evaluate scaffolding needs.
- Scheduling & Reporting: Develop Level 5 micro-schedules to support 2-week/4-week look-ahead, update regular site reports, and manage material delivery schedules with procurement.
- Trade Coordination & Quality Control: Coordinate work sequences with other trade partners to eliminate clashes, lead punch list closures, and support technical testing processes (e.g., pneumatic testing, leak tracing, hydrotesting, flushing, and passivation).
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably involving hands-on site work within Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, or Oil & Gas environments.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional time management, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to work independently or lead within a team.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive attitude and a passion for thriving in a fast-paced environment.
