- Supervise formwork safety cert and BCSS cert.
- Positive personality and good team player.
- Meticulous and responsible.
- Able to multi task and work in tight schedules.
- Familiar with RC and Bored Piling works with minimum 3 year working experience.
- Able to produce good RC products within construction budget and timeline.
- Supervise and manage direct workers.
- Plan, organize and arrange daily construction activities.
- Organize and supervise house-keeping and safety implementation.
- Control material wastage and unproductive deployment of workers.
- Report daily manpower and machinery to the Project Manager.
- Follow up and ensure environmental, safety and health policy compliance.
