Operation Manager

Job Summary

Lead and optimize operational management systems to drive cost-effective processes, improve profitability, and enhance customer service quality. Manage budgets, staff, and compliance while overseeing inventory, warehouse efficiency, and production quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations are conducted in a cost-effective and appropriate manner to support business goals
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Purchase materials and plan inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and support production demands
• Oversee warehouse operations to maximize efficiency and accuracy in inventory handling
• Ensure organizational processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives aligned with company goals
• Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for improving profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts to support financial planning and control
• Perform quality control checks and monitor production KPIs to maintain product standards
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff to build a skilled and motivated team
• Identify and implement initiatives to increase the quality of customer service

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or in a similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management principles
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting to support financial decision-making
• Familiarity with business and financial principles relevant to operational management
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and leadership
• Demonstrated leadership ability to guide teams and drive results
• Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
