Aesthetics Clinic Consultant (Medical Aesthetics Clinic)

Responsibilities:

• Capable in providing advice and recommendations to patients as per the clinic system
• Assume chaperone duties
• Able to achieve objectives on recommendation of products
• Attending to clients’ inquiries, including telephone inquiries and walk in customers
• Responsible in appointment scheduling, confirmations and promotion announcement
• Responsible in registering clients and cashiering duties in sales transactions
• Provide assistance in retrieval, filing, updating and recording of consultation cards
• Provide administrative support for the operation
• Patient care management : handle all pre / post procedure care, registration and counselling.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years working experience preferably in medical aesthetic environment.
• Candidates must possess CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC /WSQ qualifications or equivalent
• Able to converse fluently with ENGLISH and MANDARIN speaking customers
• Organized and efficient, good interpersonal skills, well groomed, customer-oriented and performance driven
• Willing to work full day on Saturdays
