PCB Soldering Specialist

We are looking for an experienced PCB Soldering Specialist with excellent hands-on soldering and rework skills. The primary responsibility is soldering, desoldering, and component replacement on PCB assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality SMD and through-hole soldering.
• Solder and desolder electronic components on PCBs.
• Remove and replace:ICsMOSFETs / IGBTsResistors and capacitorsDiodesConnectorsRelaysTransformers and other components
• Perform fine-pitch component soldering and rework.
• Use soldering iron, hot-air rework station, preheater, solder wick and desoldering equipment.
• Repair lifted or damaged PCB pads and traces when required.
• Remove excess solder and clean PCB assemblies after rework.
• Inspect solder joints under a microscope or magnifier.
• Ensure solder joints are clean, reliable and free from bridges, cold joints, insufficient solder or other workmanship defects.
• Follow ESD and PCB handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized soldering workstation.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on PCB soldering and desoldering skills.
• Experience with both SMD and through-hole components.
• Able to perform clean component removal without damaging PCB pads or traces.
• Good workmanship and attention to detail.
• Experience with industrial or semiconductor equipment PCBs is an advantage but not required.
