About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Student Care Supervisor to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our student care centre. You will play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for primary school children aged 7 to 12, while ensuring the smooth running of centre activities, staff performance, and parent communications.

Location: Multiple Locations
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the student care centre, including staffing, scheduling, and programme delivery
- Supervise and support teachers in planning and conducting enrichment activities, homework supervision, and character development programmes
- Manage student discipline and well-being, and handle parent communications professionally and promptly
- Coordinate learning journeys, holiday programmes, and centre events
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of centre staff
- Monitor and report on student enrolment, staff performance, expenses, and centre operations
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Minimum WSQ Support Service to Children and Youth Cert
- Diploma in Care and Programme (Student Services & Coaching) preferred.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or senior teaching experience, preferably in a student care, enrichment, or tutoring environment
- Enjoy working with children aged 7 to 12 years old and passionate about their holistic development
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative work
