Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including high quality coffee, specialty drinks, cocktails, beer and wine
• Provide excellent customer service with a warm and friendly attitude
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of bar and café area
• Assist in stock management and daily operations
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines

Requirement:

• Prior experience as a barista and/or bartender is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing and basic mixology
• Positive attitude, team player and good communication skills
• Able to work on rotating shifts and on a 5 days week basis inclusive of weekends and public holidays
