Bar Tender

Job Description:

• Mix and Serve Cocktails: Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, ensuring quality and consistency in every drink.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and making recommendations.

• Bartending Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in cocktail preparation techniques, including shaking, stirring, muddling, and layering.

• Beverage Knowledge: Have an in-depth knowledge of various spirits, wines, and beers, as well as their flavor profiles and ideal pairings.

• Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning glassware, utensils, and equipment regularly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant is preferred

• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism

• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• A friendly and outgoing personality

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Bar operations

• Knowledge of cocktails, liquors, spirits, and wine

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork, willingness to learn, and creativity

• Able to work weekends and public holidays

(*) Your work will be scheduled in a weekly roster with working hours between 7:00am and 1:00am and you will be expected to work on most weekends and public holidays, however we can and we do have exceptions for applicants with justified schedule restrictions.
