Communications Exec (Employee Engagement), Public Agency

We are looking for a strong communications and engagement professional with experience in internal communications, staff engagement, event/L&D coordination, stakeholder management and administrative support.

• Basic $3,450 per month
• 1-year contract
• Mon - Fri, office hours

Responsibilities:

• Develop staff communications and manage feedback, engagement data and communication platforms.
• Support 10th Anniversary staff engagement activities, including events, budgets and collaterals.
• Coordinate workshops, training and Brown Bag Sessions, including logistics, publicity and documentation.
• Enhance the new joiner and intranet experience through staff feedback and user experience improvements.
• Manage knowledge records, event documentation, vendors, procurement and administrative support for the L&OD team.

Requirements:

• Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields with 1 year of experience in Event Planning and Co-ordination.
• Prior experience in employee engagement, learning and development, or corporate communications is an advantage.
• Experience in event planning and coordination, including end-to-end logistics management
• Experience working with vendors and managing procurement processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging content for internal audiences
• Proficient in copywriting and EDM creation for internal communications and publicity
