Assistant Manager, Employee Engagement (Govt)

We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Employee Engagement & Communications to support a public agency's staff engagement initiatives, internal communications, learning and development programmes, and organisation-wide events.

• Basic $3,450 per month
• 1-year contract
• Pasir Panjang
• Mon - Fri, office hours

Responsibilities:

• Develop staff communications based on feedback from engagement sessions and support change management initiatives.
• Manage staff engagement platforms, event feedback, attendance tracking, communications, and collateral distribution.
• Support anniversary campaigns by coordinating activities, participation, budgets, vendors, and collaterals.
• Coordinate workshops, training and Brown Bag Sessions, including logistics, speakers, publicity, and event documentation.
• Enhance new joiner and intranet experiences by gathering feedback, identifying improvements, and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Maintain L&OD records and knowledge resources while supporting vendor management, procurement, and day-to-day administration.

Requirements:

• Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields with 1 year of experience in Event Planning and Co-ordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging content for internal audiences. Basic photography and videography skills would be an advantage.
• Proficient in copywriting and EDM creation for internal communications and publicity.
