Rehabilitation and Fitness Trainer

You will run and manage the Functional and Strength Training Programmes and Hydrotherapy Programmes at Perennial Living, Singapore's first private assisted living development. This role will require you to work closely with the Rehabilitation Team to provide a comprehensive programme for residents and the community.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on curating and conducting Functional and Strength Training Programmes and Hydrotherapy Programmes for elderly and community.
• Perform physical fitness and functional assessments (pre- and post-programme).
• Assist in outreach and advocacy activities, including health and frailty screening, community engagement, and health talks.
• Customise and refine training programmes based on established protocols and participant needs.
• Analyse fitness data and prepare outcome reports.
• Manage the execution of these programmes, ensuring safety, professionalism, and service quality.
• Oversee general maintenance, cleanliness, and hygiene of fitness facilities.
• Keep abreast of the latest in fitness training and continued education to uphold high standards of care and service quality.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in rehabilitation, functional training, strength and conditioning, or clinical exercise settings.
• Practical experience in designing, implementing, and supervising functional training, strength training, and hydrotherapy programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
