工作职责

• 接待顾客、接受订单并提供友善服务。
• 操作POS系统，并通过外卖平台设备处理线上订单。
• 准确处理现金、NETS、信用卡及二维码付款。
• 在处理顾客订单的时，按照公司简单流程准备调味料。
• 检查、包装并及时准确地完成堂食、外带及外卖订单。
• 在繁忙时段与厨房及服务团队配合。
• 补充调味品及用品，并保持柜台和服务区域清洁。
• 协助开店、收档及其他简单的门店工作。

任职要求

• 有餐饮业收银或顾客服务经验者优先，公司将提供培训。
• 能够学习并按照简单的收银、服务及外卖订单流程工作。
• 能够准确处理顾客订单、线上外卖订单及付款。
• 能够在用餐高峰时段高效工作。
• 待人友善、有责任感、守时并具备团队合作精神。
• 愿意根据工作安排轮班，并在周末及公共假期工作。

Simple SOPs and training provided. The role mainly involves taking orders, collecting payments, managing online delivery orders, and helping to pack and serve food.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders and provide friendly service.
• Use the POS system and handle online delivery orders through delivery platform devices.
• Collect cash, NETS, card and QR payments accurately.
• Prepare simple condiment mixes according to company SOPs while managing customer orders.
• Check, pack and serve dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders correctly and on time.
• Work with the kitchen and service team during busy periods.
• Restock condiments and supplies, keep the counter and service area clean.
• Assist with opening, closing and other simple outlet duties.

Job Requirements

• Cashiering or customer service experience in F&B is preferred.
• Learn and follow simple cashiering, service and delivery order SOPs.
• Handle customer orders, online delivery orders and payments accurately.
• Work efficiently during busy meal periods.
• Friendly, reliable, punctual and able to work well with the team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
