This role supports both back-of-house kitchen operations and front counter service in a fast-casual outlet, covering food preparation and assembly, packing, cashiering, delivery orders, stock handling, and cleanliness.

Job Scope

Kitchen Duties

· Assist with daily back-of-housekitchen operations.

· Support food preparation,assembly, topping, wrapping, and packing according to Paperbakes SOP.

· Prepare and top up ingredientsneeded for service.

· Check and manage outlet stock,including topping up, ordering, receiving, and proper storage when required.

· Follow food safety, storage,labelling, and FIFO standards.

· Maintain kitchen cleanlinessand hygiene standards.

Front Counter Duties

· Assist with front counteroperations.

· Prepare and pack dine-in,takeaway, and delivery orders.

· Support order stickers,packing, drinks, cashiering, and order handover.

· Handle delivery orders, riderhandover, and delivery platform updates when required.

· Top up packaging, sauces,drinks, and counter supplies.

· Maintain cleanliness at thecounter and customer-facing areas.

General Duties

· Support opening, mid-shift, andclosing duties.

· Communicate with the team whenitems are low, unavailable, or ready for service.

· Learn different FOH and BOHstations as part of training.

· Follow Paperbakes SOP, hygienestandards, service standards, and supervisor instructions.

Requirements

· No experience required;training provided.

· Willing to learn both kitchenand front counter duties.

· Friendly and willing to servecustomers at the counter.

· Able to work in a fast-pacedquick-service outlet.

· Responsible, punctual, and agood team player.

· Able to follow SOP andinstructions.

· Able to maintain good hygieneand cleanliness.

· Able to work shifts, weekends,and public holidays.

本岗位同时支援快餐门店的后厨作业与前台服务，工作内容包括食材处理与餐点组装、打包、收银、外送订单处理、库存管理以及店面清洁。

工作内容

厨房工作

· 协助后厨的日常运作。

· 按照 Paperbakes 标准作业流程（SOP）进行食材处理、餐点组装、加料、包裹与打包。

· 提前备妥食材, 并及时补充营业所需的食材。

· 检查并管理门店库存，包括补货、订单、收货以及妥善储存。

· 遵守食品安全、储存、标签以及先进先出（FIFO）的作业标准。

· 保持厨房的清洁, 并符合卫生标准。

前台工作

· 协助前台的日常运作。

· 准备并堂食包装、外带与外送订单。

· 负责订单标签、打包、饮料、收银以及出餐交接。

· 处理外送订单，与送餐员交接，并在需要时更新外送平台的订单状态。

· 补充包装材料、酱料、饮料以及前台用品。

· 保持前台与顾客区域的整洁。

一般职责

· 协助开店、当班期间及收档各项工作。

· 当食材不足、售完或食材已备妥可出餐时，及时通知团队。

· 在培训过程中学习前台（FOH）与后厨（BOH）的不同岗位。

· 遵守 Paperbakes 的标准作业流程、卫生标准、服务标准以及主管的工作安排。

· 无需相关经验，公司提供培训。

· 愿意学习厨房与前台两方面的工作。

· 态度友善，乐于在前台接待顾客。

· 能适应快餐门店的快节奏工作环境。
