Job Summary

You will support outlet operations by serving food and beverages, assisting with customer orders, maintaining cleanliness, and managing customer enquiries to ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and courteously to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist in accurately taking customer orders when assigned to support smooth outlet operations
• Maintain cleanliness and perform housekeeping tasks to uphold a hygienic and welcoming outlet environment
• Respond to customer service enquiries and feedback effectively to resolve issues and enhance customer experience
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management, including supporting other outlets when needed
