About The Client:

My client is a prominent law firm specializing in private client services. With a focus on Family Office & Immigration Practice, they provides tailored legal solutions to clients of significant profile and background. My client is seeking a responsible, driven, and motivated Legal Executive to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support and assistance within the Family Office & Immigration Practice to facilitate client needs and case progress
• Assist in establishing family offices and implementing investment-led immigration schemes to meet client objectives
• Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to prepare and strengthen case materials
• Draft precise legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence, ensuring clarity and compliance
• Collaborate effectively with experienced lawyers to deliver comprehensive and coordinated legal services
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all legal processes
• Maintain professionalism and integrity in all client interactions and internal teamwork to uphold firm reputation

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Laws degree
• Prior experience in private client law or related field
• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to legal contexts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage clients and colleagues
