Duration: 6 months

Salary: Up to $7000 + prorated bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Function as a TA advisor to the business by always having a finger on the pulse within the external market in relation to candidate trends, in-demand roles and changing regulatory requirements
• Alongside hiring managers, develop a recruiting strategy for each role; be the subject matter expert to train managers on the interview process and associated best practices
• Source and present top talent through a variety of creative channels
• Conduct in-depth phone screens, video and face to face interviews to assess and identify talent who will drive the business forward
• Own the offer process by benchmarking salaries internally and externally and effectively framing offers
• Collaborate with HR business partners to understand key strategy and workforce plans and provide them with an accurate view on external market compensation, trends and candidate sentiments
• Build a pipeline of quality candidates and focus on direct sourcing whenever possible
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with TA’s agency partners and vendors

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of recruitment experience
• Track record of liaising and supporting senior stakeholders with their hiring mandates with a focus on understanding and negotiating complex offers is desirable
• Adept at building strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Track record of handling 20+ requisitions at any one time is advantageous
• Proficient in using recruitment modules on HRIS/ATS
