📌 Core Responsibilities

• Team Supervision: Assign tasks, monitor progress, and mentor drafters.

• Project Oversight: Plan drafting schedules, review drawings, and ensure compliance with codes and client requirements.

• Quality Control: Approve final drawings, enforce standards, and minimize errors.

• Workflow Optimization: Apply Lean/Agile methodologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

• Collaboration: Coordinate with engineers, architects, and clients to align drafting outputs with project goals.

🛠 Technical Expertise Required

• CAD Software: AutoCAD, Creo, Windchill.

• 3D Modeling & Blueprint Reading: Essential for accurate technical documentation.

• Configuration-Based Drafting: Managing template-driven processes for consistency.

• Programming & Office Tools: Basic coding plus Microsoft Office proficiency for reporting and documentation.

🎯 Skills & Competencies

• Hard Skills: CAD proficiency, 3D modeling, drafting standards, software integration.

• Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail.

• Experience: Typically 5–10 years in drafting/design, with supervisory experience preferred.
