Job Summary

Support tender preparation, contract administration, and project financial management to ensure accurate documentation, timely payments, and effective stakeholder communication in construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, analyzing, and evaluating tender submissions to support management decision-making
• Prepare tender bids for management approval with accurate and complete documentation
• Administer contracts for secured projects, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
• Prepare and manage documentation for subcontractor shortlisting, evaluation, comparison, and award recommendations
• Prepare and submit progress claims to clients in a timely and accurate manner
• Evaluate and process progress payments to subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers based on contract terms
• Liaise effectively with clients and consultants’ Quantity Surveyors to resolve project and financial matters
• Maintain ongoing communication with project staff, especially the Project Director, to ensure alignment and progress tracking
• Monitor and manage all variation orders, maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Provide necessary documentation to support preparation of final accounts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers
• Ensure confidentiality and safeguard all controlled project documents
• Negotiate with clients’ Quantity Surveyors during final accounts and variation order discussions to achieve favorable outcomes
