Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using our lead lists
• Use our proven call framework to engage leads and build genuine interest
• Book qualified client appointments and confirm schedules
• Track all call activity and follow-ups in our CRM system
• Join regular coaching and performance check-ins

Requirements:

• Min. GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
• 1+ year experience in telemarketing or customer-facing roles
• Willing to learn, take feedback, and apply new techniques
• Motivated by targets and personal growth
• Eligible to work in Singapore
