Working Hours: 3 weekdays + 2 weekends (10-7pm / 1-10pm)
Salary:$12/HR
Job Scope:
- Field parent/customer enquiries over the phone.
- Assist with student enrolment over the phone (providing of general details about our programmes to parents and directing leads to our sales team).
- Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management, not limited to helping with front desk walk-in enquiries when needed.
Job Requirements:
- Min. A level/ Diploma in any field
- No experience as training will be provided
