Regional Sales Strategy Manager (Office Printing)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop regional go-to-market strategies and drive revenue growth and market expansion across Corporate and Government sectors.
• Establish and monitor country-level revenue and KPI targets, conducting regular business reviews to track performance and drive improvements.
• Develop and standardise sales playbooks, CRM practices, sales methodologies, and best practices across Southeast Asian markets.
• Coach and mentor Country Corporate &Government Sales Heads, support talent development, and build succession pipelines.
• Partner with business units and regional support functions to align customer requirements, product solutions, sales operations, and compliance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B copier/office printing hardware sales, including at least 5 years leadingmulti-country teams in Southeast Asia.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic execution, demand forecasting, account strategy, sales enablement, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural leadership skills.
• Proven track record in regional revenue growth, strong knowledge of corporate and government procurement and channel management.
