Purchasing Assistant

Job Description:

• To assist in purchasing items according to specification and costing
• To assist daily operations (receive purchase order, conversion of order, process purchase order, receive goods / arranging of goods self-collection)
• To ensure stocks are correctly assigned to the right customers before delivery
• To follow-up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
• Products: IT Hardware and Software Licenses

Requirements:

• Applicants with Admin Experience are preferred
• Accuracy in data entry
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, team player
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
