Commercial Manager / Senior Commercial Manager (Interior Fit out)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial and financial management of assigned construction and fit-out projects, including budgets, cost control, cash flow, valuations, variations, and financial reporting.
• Oversee procurement and contract administration, including change management, EOTs, loss and expense claims, contractual notices, payment applications, and final accounts.
• Conduct regular commercial reviews to identify and manage project risks, opportunities, liabilities, and corrective actions inline with the company’s commercial strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Quantity Surveyors while working closely with project teams and representing the commercial function at internal and external meetings.
• Support tender submissions, maintain accurate commercial documentation, and ensure reports and contractual requirements are completed accurately and on time.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in commercial management across construction and/or fitting-out projects, with exposure to different contract values, forms, and procurement routes.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, procurement, cost management, commercial risk, and financial reporting, with proven leadership experience managing QS teams.
• MCIOB or MRICS qualification is preferred; strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
