BIM Coordinator (Electrical / MEP) / Location: Ubi

The successful candidate will be responsible for BIM modelling, spatial coordination, clash detection and technical drawing production for Electrical/M&E building services projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and coordinate electrical BIM models covering LV/HV distribution, containment, switchboards, cable trays, lighting, power, trunking, ELV systems and generator installations.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve interdisciplinary coordination issues.
• Generate shop drawings, spatial layouts, CSD/M&E drawings and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors and other relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in BIM/VDC coordination meetings.
• Ensure models comply with project BIM Execution Plans and applicable technical requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant BIM coordination experience.
• Proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Strong understanding of electrical building services.
• Ability to read electrical SLDs and technical drawings.
• Relevant Singapore infrastructure project experience is advantageous.
