* TO WORK CLOSELY WITH OTHER SITE OPERATIONS STAFF TO MEET THE PROJECT SCHEDULE.
* ATTEND THE DAILY TOOL-BOX MEETING AND CONVEY CLEAR INSTRUCTION ACCORDINGLY.
* TO MONITOR THE PROGRESS AND QUALITY OF WORK BEING PERFORMED BY WORKERS.
* ENSURE INSTALLATION IS CARRIED OUT AS PER DRAWINGS OR PLAN.
* GOOD ORGANIZATIONAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
* GOOD VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
* OTHER DUTIES ASSIGNED BY DIRECTOR.
* WORKING HOURS: 6 DAYS
* ABLE TO WORK BOTH DAY & NIGHT SHIFTS BASED ON PROJECT OR SITE REQUIREMENTS.
* ENSURE ALL NECESSARY TOOLS, MACHINERY, PPE, AND MATERIALS ARE AVAILABLE AND IN PROPER WORKING CONDITION FOR EFFICENT SITE OPERATIONS.
