Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain RFQ and ECO packages, including retrieving, organising and updating records.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date RFQ/ECO logs and follow up on missing information with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties on RFQ, ECO and programme-related matters.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate delivery arrangements to support customer and operational requirements.
• Follow up on delivery status and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Compile supporting information and documents for GST payments, tax invoices and finance-related submissions.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Program Team, including follow-ups and data consolidation.
• Perform other programme-related administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Relevant experience in administration, order coordination, program support or a similar role is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good organisational, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Meticulous with good attention to detail and documentation.
• Good communication skills and able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
